Birthday Party
EBCT celebrated the January and February birthdays this past Saturday. We started off with a bunch of awesome food and hanging out.

Then we played a game. The six birthday people had a small container in front of them full of a nasty flour and sugar mixture.

There were some gummy bears in there, and we had to use our mouths to dig through the powder and find them. Afterwards, there were chunks of nasty goo in each of our mouths. Even after washing my mouth out, I still had small chunks in my mouth for about an hour.
Even though I was at a disadvantage because my mouth is the size of a dime, I got second place! OH YEAH!

We had a taro cake with green tea flakes on the outside. The desserts here are pretty interesting and are tasty too!

After that, we all sat in the living room and had a time of praise and sharing.

It was a very encouraging and fun time together!
Prayer Requests:
1) Please pray for the parents to raise up Micah in a God-honoring way. Individually, pray for Matt for his study and strength (he is already super busy and it's only going to get crazier!) and Sanny for her recovery.
2) Many of the EBCT brethren will be traveling for Chinese New Year. Pray for safe travels and for them to represent Jesus to their families.
Thank you!

BABY HAUCK!
Micah.
A good name.
baby hauck = too cute.
byran, your hair is growing on me.. . very slowly.
yay, i miss you guys! :)
Yeah, i like how your hair is right now. None of that girly headband stuff. Or maybe I like it b/c the lighting isn't so great and I can't tell what it really looks like...
And about your mouth - with all that flour around it you can't tell if it's a dime (or a nickel)! :)
Oh, and you should really floss. Brushing + flossing + Scoping = Triple Threat! Aaaaaaand no more "small chunks"! :D
I miss y'all~
Congrads Congrads!
